Do you offer Move-in or Move-out Cleaning?

Yes, we can do both.


Do you offer one-time cleanings or do you only offer weekly and bi-weekly?

We offer one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, and even monthly cleanings.


If my regular cleaning falls on a Holiday will you still come and clean?

Yes, we work holidays.


Do you charge more to work on Holidays?

No, we don’t.


What hours do you work?

Do you offer a guarantee on your work?

We want you to be absolutely delighted with the cleaning service!

Do you do Laundry?

This is completed on request.


If I forget to leave your payment, do you still do the work? (Residential ONLY)

NO, Loyal Leaf Cleaning LLC has a “no check/no clean” policy. Commercial properties will be invoiced.


Do you do dishes or empty the dishwasher?

This is completed on request with a general clean, but it is included in the deep clean.


Are you OSHA trained and certified?

Yes, Loyal Leaf Cleaning has its own Janitorial Safety Program and we are Janitorial Certified. Employees & Supervisors must take the required classes then take a test. (The Class’s are OSHA and GHS Compliant).


Have you ever been fired from a house and why?

No, we stand by our 100% guarantee.


Do you water indoor plants?

Yes, upon request.


Do you offer pet sitting on the side?

No, our insurance does not cover that line of work.


Is it okay if my pets hang out in the same room as you cleaning?

We love our client’s pets for their own safety and the safety of our cleaners please put your pets in a pet carrier or a secure area of the home or garage.


Are you bonded and insured?

Yes, Loyal Leaf Cleaning LLC is Insured though State National Insurance Company, Inc. (We will show proof of this)


Do you detail cars?

No, our insurance does not cover that line of work right now. Loyal Leaf Cleaning will be opening up auto detailing in the near future.


Do you defrost freezers or clean out the fridge?

This is completed on request with a general clean, but it is included in the deep clean.


What type of cleaning chemicals do you use on hardwood floors?

Floor cleaner with grapefruit, peppermint, and bergamot extracts. Cleans and restores, natural shine without fumes or fuss.


Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes, Loyal Leaf Cleaning uses environmentally safe chemicals & microfiber towels.


Am I supposed to tip you for your service?

No, we don't require tips, but they are appreciated and dispersed through all team members.


What happens if you get sick?

We are Family Owned & Operated. You will always have a scheduled cleaner. If there is no scheduled cleaner, the District Manager will come on site.


Do you charge a rescheduling fee if I have something come up and have to cancel?

No, we understand things come up but there may not be another opening. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please keep in mind that we have a commitment to our other scheduled clients.


Am I supposed to give you a key?

We offer 3 entry options to choose from:

1. The client may opt to be home to allow access to their home the day of the service.

Loyal Leaf Cleaning LLC cannot guarantee the exact arrival times, so the client must be home between 8:00 a.m.
and 04:30 p.m. to let the cleaner into the home. If no one is home or our cleaners are turned away for any
reason a cancellation fee of $25.00 will be charged.

2. The client provides a key, garage door opener or code to gain access to the home.

Keys will be placed in a secure safe at Loyal Leaf Cleaning LLC office. The cleaner or team will be issued a key the
day of your scheduled service to gain access to the home. The key will be signed out by the cleaner or team and
signed in after each scheduled service and placed back in the safe. The keys are not marked with any of your
personal information in case they are lost. In the event, the code given is not correct and cleaners cannot gain
access to the home the client is responsible for the lockout and a cancellation fee of $25.00 will be charged for that service.

3. The client can purchase a lock box to place a key inside and provide Loyal Leaf Cleaning LLC with the

In the event for any reason, the key is not in the lock box or the code does not work when the cleaners arrive to
clean home; the client is responsible for the lockout and a cancellation fee of $25.00 will be charged for that service.

NOTE: In the event the client chooses to leave a door unlocked or place a key under a mat or any other unsecured place for the cleaners to gain entry into the home, the client will sign a release form stating that Loyal Leaf Cleaning LLC will not be held liable for any damages or theft to the client’s home.


When do I pay?

Residential pays when the job is done for the day per our no check/no clean policy. Commercial receives an invoice on the first of the month with a net of 15 days.

How do you prefer to be contacted? Email, phone or text?

The Contact Us form is fastest, but phone calls are preferred. We do not text.


What happens if you break something while you are at my house?

We are insured.


Are you going to tell my neighbors about me, my house, my habits or how messy my house is?

Everything is confidential at Loyal Leaf Cleaning.


Do you set times to come back so I know when you are coming or is it random?

You will always know when we are coming. The District Manager Michael will set you up with a cleaning date and time.


Do you show up on time?

Loyal Leaf Cleaning LLC schedules cleanings between 8:00 a.m. and 04:30 p.m. We will give you a call to notify you that our cleaners are on their way to your location.


Do you clean the same stuff each time or do you rotate chores through the house?

We have a default list that our technicians clean but you can provide your list for us instead. The Basic Clean is a maximum of a 3 hours. The Deep Clean is a maximum of 12 hours.


Do you use environmentally safe chemicals?

Yes, Loyal Leaf Cleaning LLC uses environmentally safe chemicals. We also have stronger chemicals available.


How do you know what type of chemicals to use on different surfaces? How did you learn?

The District Manager Michael has completed courses through Clean Smart University and is a certified janitorial technician through the ISSA. Loyal Leaf Cleaning LLC also has a training program on chemicals.


If I'm working from home, will you allow me to get my work done?

We are professionals, we strive to provide, and maintain the best care possible.
